What is the typical calibration turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is five to seven working days from receipt. Expedited two-day service is available on request, subject to laboratory loading and the availability of reference standards.

Are all calibrations covered by the accredited scope?
Parameters listed on our published SAC-SINGLAS scope are issued with accredited certificates. Measurements outside the scope are performed as traceable calibrations, clearly identified on the certificate.
Can calibration be performed at our facility?
Yes. On-site calibration is available for installed instrumentation and for fleets that cannot be released. Our team will confirm which parameters can be delivered on-site during the quotation stage.
What happens if my instrument fails calibration?
We record as-found data, notify you before proceeding and quote for adjustment or repair. Nothing is repaired without written approval.
Do you manage calibration recall reminders?
Every instrument calibrated by CETM is entered into our recall system, and reminders are issued to your nominated contact ahead of the due date.
Can we borrow equipment while ours is being calibrated?
Loan and rental instruments are available for most common equipment types to prevent downtime during service.
